These are just some of the things that I want to do in business, to be in business and to achieve my goals financial or otherwise.
Become a real estate agent, be involved in the real estate industry like Manny Villar. Be involved in banking like marketing loans, insurance and credit cards and forex. Set up a company for this, too. Be involved in selling cars, new or second hand, know about the mechanical side of it, car shampoo, tire black, accessories and the like. Food and fashion - culture. Do food dealerships, cook, sell clothes, flipflops, perfumes, set up a restaurant or restaurants in the future.
Things that need to be done:
Find friends who will help me in business. Find the business to learn, study. Study marketing.
What's so interesting about business is that it is about life and the experience of it. I sometimes go back in history and study how our ancestors have done business in the past. They just have markets. And they sell in these markets. Now, we have different avenues of selling including online in our high-tech world.
The problem is in business, I do not want to spend money. I just want to do it free and earn big bucks. If only I could do it that way. Maybe because I am an accountant so I tend to count the costs first. And the sales, since it isn't there yet are unaccountable yet except for projections which are dream figures as of the moment. I hope to learn all these in a couple of days so i could get started. I plan to learn all of these no matter how long as long as I finally arrive at the answers hopefully soon. So I need mentors.

My passions in life
I guess, I have been to easy. I've known from the start my passion that is communication arts. But didn't make that into a career. what if I suddenly make this change of paths and suddenly I would just pursue it. I hope I am still that genius. let's just hope for the better. I don't know how I can enter the world of communication arts, is it a job ad, a connection, attending a scriptwriting workshop, showing up for an audition. I seem to have lack of enthusiasm in pursuing this because maybe in my own way I have pursued it by attending Masscom class in Perpetual, attending a theater workshop with Repertory, auditioning in college for Peta, attempting to join Harlequin at La Salle, writing for the paper in Perpetual and writing for Plaridel and JPIA at La Salle. Those little things. Attending free photography workshop at Town Center and submitting resumes at jobstreet to ABS-CBN opening either as production assistant or accountant. I am semi-tired already. I have tried and have failed. But I guess, I like the challenge so I keep on going. I must find a hard enough reason to continue on doing this or else I would stop. Read a book on scriptwriting by Ricky Lee, Trip to Quiapo. Writing for children's books like Adarna or Lampara. Writing a romance novel. Writing for magazines and newspapers. Writing a blog. I must continue. Write a book or books. I also want to join writing clubs, associate with other writers and learn with them. I also need to study photography, filmmaking and directing. But first, I need to earn money. And that's what I am gonna talk about in my next articles.
The problems in today's world
What matters in the world today? To some, as long as you have money, you're earning, it is enough. I guess, what matters is the quality of life that you have in this world. The kind of relationships that you have. That's what really matters in life. We have dreams and we have problems. We should strive hard to achieve our dreams and try to solve the problems that life throws at us. God has put in our hearts the dreams that we have for ourselves and so with the challenges that come with it, we must try to solve our problems and achieve that dream that we have for ourselves. Relationships play a big part too in our lives. Is there such a thing as unsolvable problems. I guess not. You just have to put bigger faith in God. God is bigger than any problems and He is in control of everything in this world. Sometimes, that is quite hard to believe especially if you have your own problems but that is the bigger challenge. To be able to face life with faith. To believe in God as much as you can and to hope and pray to God for your lack of faith. You just wish to God that He will send you a person, a gift, who will make things work out for you. And you just wish to have fruitful relationships with other people so that you can say that everyday in your life counts. You just wish that your prayers will be answered. I guess, all in all, everybody has got problems but the miracle there is if people are gonna come together and lend a helping hand to someone who is in need. Like for me, i have a money problem. I just wish sometimes that God would send me a person who would hire me or give me a job, money, food for the table. I am hungry. But I guess, I don't announce that to the world ( except now in this blog) so nobody gives me money for food. I am sometimes afraid that in this world you cannot go around without money in your pocket and there are certain things that you choose not to do like accounting work that is freelance or selling outside going to strangers and asking for a sale, but I think I am most willing to do that once I go into sales, is there any other way? i have to take the challenge. This is what life is all about. Successful people have done it once in their lives why can't I? So you see, I need to be willing to give, to sacrifice, for love, for the family and be thankful for the blessings that come my way in this life. Poverty is a major problem in the Philippines and if only you can have sardines and noodles in your dinner table, which we sometimes do, you'd already have a feast if you'd cook 2 noodles with egg and open a can of sardines for two people plus rice plus water. Whew! Delicious and mouth watering. Sometimes, it's just tinapa. Sometimes, eggs. Sometimes tocino or longganisa. But, it's delicious and I thank God for all these blessings in our table. It's easy to work, mind you. What's so limiting is the budget that you need to have for your transportation and food allowance everytime you need to go out. I am still figuring out how to make do with that computation. If it costs P300 to go out daily to go on sales, then that would amount to P6000 for 20 days or one month. That's my out of pocket cost for doing sales. What if that money does not return. What if it doesn't turn to sales? So what do I do now? Nobody gives me a job anymore because they think I am unqualified based on what is written on my resume. They have been doing that for the past 12 years. So what will be the difference now? Hope. Prayers. Faith. And the will to go on. The will to continue with life. That tomorrow will be different from yesterday. And that God will answer all our prayers in a way that will be advantageous for everyone.

How to meet a guy
Someone once said that to meet a guy you must constantly think of him - the one. It never worked out for me. Or maybe, I just didn't do my assignment. Maybe, I didn't attract him. Hope to meet you in my dreams and hope to have kids with you someday. If I wouldn't meet you in life, then maybe someday in heaven. But what will I do the rest of my life here on earth? I don't know?
Cool doodles
I wish to start writing with blogs. Then, write children's books, scripts and books. Maybe write for magazines and newspapers also. Study acting, filmmaking and directing. Writing too. Then go into business during my spare time, lots of different, diverse business. Spend a lot of time with other people, get to know them. Maybe, become an athlete too. These are just plans, I don't know how to materialize them and monetize them. Money is important. Life is important. Relationships in business, family, friends are important. You just wish to feel good about your life. And for me, it is about God fulfilling His promises towards me and giving me a full life as He promised in the bible. What makes you feel good. Career. Love. Family. Business. Religion. Friends. Money. It's all a search of what you want to do with your life. Hopefully, you bring something beautiful into the world as you take this journey and you help other people along the way. I think i have been doing that for the past years of my life that is why I am saying nothing is wasted. Not everything is about jobs or money. Sometimes, you just need God to guide you in your life, how you live your life everyday and hopefully you don't do something bad to other people. What is in your heart? What is in your mind. I cannot say that my life is complete but you know sometimes it is complete without money. And I am very thankful for that. Knowing that you have done good to people. I just wish that people wouldn't take advantage of one's weakness and put it for their own selfish use. I wish God would protect weak people from those who pounce on them and try to kill their spirit. Love should be the ultimate goal in life. God is love. I pray for a miracle!
Cool outings
I cherish the outings that I have with my mom and my aunt. I am trying to rebuild the relationship that I have with my family. Sometimes, you just go to what is important in your life and you don't plan things to happen. You just spend time with them and even though you plan to sometimes just spend time working in the office for let's say 12 hours, you still long for the vacation that you're used to not because of vacation's sake but because you enjoy spending time with your family and take good care of them. My mom is in retiring age and I hope to be with her more but now at the present I am gearing towards working coz I need to have money so I would be spending my offtime with her and spend the rest working. I am not used to that anymore. I am more used to 4 hour work day and spending the rest for leisure time, valuable time to be spent with family minus money. How to go about it. I've been used to this and it was not planned it just happened and I guess in life things are just the way they are. You don't even know why they consistently hesitate to hire you. Nothing's wasted anyway, much so with time. I have done incredible things with the time I had and I don't know if people will understand especially those who have dedicated their lives in working but somehow I am not even proud that I am unemployed, but I am proud of the things that I have achieved in not working for 10-12 years now. It's not a habit but to find yourself relaxing is one of the very important achievements I've had in all those 12 years. If you're gonna work accounting work at a young age while you have other dreams, dreams of becoming an actress or an athlete, it seems not worth it. You have to give in to your passions. Only, I have not achieved my dream for it seems far fetched. Now, I was wondering whether I'd still be an athlete or an actor or maybe study directing and filmmaking. I want to study too writing. All the things you could dream of in your life. I should achieve them. Accounting just went first. And everything just didn't fall into place yet. Is it ever too late? Let me see with the circumstances that I have in my life right now. Am I really for business? I guess, I am for the arts. If only I would try one more time. Just one more time. Plus, I gotta work on my future family plans too. I am getting older, am I? Anyway, money is important and that's why I try to solve it everyday. It is just too hard. God, grant me your will, whatever it is, for as long as I trust in You, You would give to me what is best for me. May I be able to overcome these problems and become a winner!

Cool happenings
I recently went to the GoNegosyo Summit and learned about different businesses. I saw Loren Legarda, Cynthia Villar, Gladys Reyes, Marides Fernando, Vicky Belo, Pacita Juan and heard the voice of Eric Santos sad to say I didn't see him, I was listening to a talk in the seminar room.
I similarly went to a negosyo fair by Buy and Sell and learned about different businesses and Ultima Entrepinoy meat processing skills and car shampoo mixing seminars all at affordable prices.
At a mall nearby, I chanced upon a new friend which I think is awesome because I need to meet new friends that way. She just talked to me about business in the mall in a few seconds or very few minutes and we're off. I hope to meet new friends in this way because I tend to be always with old friends and not engaging anymore to things that would add life to me. I hope I wouldn't be boring in my life anymore always measuring everything in terms of what I could afford and where I could afford to go to. I always maximize my few pesos of allowance from my mom and something's got to return.
I think this time I am really gonna try to sell something. That's a good start. And when I get the feel of it then maybe it will become a learned skill and then I will build my businesses. Hopefully.
I am still gonna write and attend a few seminars which I could afford and let's just see where the money will roll.
I need to make relationships for I am very interested in them and making the most out of my life to the points where I could afford it.
Judging on what I have or ask from my mom, I do enjoy everything that is made available to me like magazines or books, cable and internet, malling, newspapers and conversations with my mom and some family and friends. I just wish to continue with the flow of life and I feel that I have to do something or at least I could quit trying to prove something and just go with the flow of life.
Nothing has changed, making money is still a challenge for me cause for me I don't want to use any of my money for starting business. I want to use other people's money. I find it expensive and costly. If only I could go out in one day with P0 in my wallet, I will. And then, make something like P10000 in a day's work. I would be very happy with that. Is happiness connected with the money you make. I bet it is. But it should not always be the case. Earning just to have the comforts for me is enough. If it is very hard to earn money then that would be enough. But to earn a million per month is something that would make me very happy and rich. That means security for me. So if I have only a few pesos won't I feel secure? Maybe, if earning more money means security for you but to have no money is like walking in a strange land where people adore money because you cannot do anything without money, have you tried that? You cannot have shelter, food and drink and even clothes without money so money is very important.
In that case, I should learn to ask for money. Not work. I am working. With this blog. With the journal I am writing. With my mom. With the things that I read and watch on tv. With my family. With my friends. But asking for money. I should learn how to ask money from strangers, the group of people that would become my co-workers or business friends. I work but don't get paid. For example, I study accounting and business but nobody pays me. It should not be for free because I exert effort in doing those things. I am working. I am preparing the soil. I am planting the seeds. I am watering the plants. I gotta start with something. Something i am willing to give. i hope to do everything that is out there for me to choose from.
I gotta start with something. I gotta learn how to ask for money. I reason out with my mom when i could have used that sense in a talk that I could deliver to teach other people or to write books which I could sell for a price.
What I am praying for is to have the initiative and the creativity to start on something. I need to learn how to ask for money. How's P100000 for a talk. Or P500 for a book on business. Or a million on a business advice. I gotta learn how to ask for money.
